PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE IF THEY DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PRESENTATION OR HAVE TRANSPORT DEFECTS.
In order to be eligible for return (exchange or refund), the returned product must not show changes regarding the commercial appearance (scratches or other damage to the packaging).
The product must be in the original packaging, unsealed, unused.
According to GEO 34/2014, art. 16, lit. d and e, food products and cosmetics are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly or cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer, are exempt from the right of return.
The products must be accompanied by accompanying documents: tax receipt or tax invoices.
To return the ordered products, you can contact us by phone at 0744.666.403. Our operators will support you in choosing the method of return and will provide you with the necessary details regarding the shipping address of the products, packaging or contacting the courier company.
We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressed your express agreement for another method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged commissions as a result of such reimbursement.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.
