DELIVERY
1. Delivery by courier (standard)
Products are delivered by fast courier throughout the country. Products ordered during the week reach you in 1-4 working days. Products ordered over the weekend will leave the SILLYCATZ warehouse on Monday.
The products are in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery. In the case of payment upon delivery by courier, a delivery processing fee of 5 lei is applied.
* delivery is free for orders of at least 300 lei, and for orders less than 300 lei the shipping cost is 15 lei.
2. Same day delivery
Same day delivery is a service available for orders placed until 12:00, with delivery in Bucharest and neighboring towns. The delivery will be made on the same day, starting at 17:00, until 20:00, within the limit of available capacity.
* delivery is free for orders of at least 1,500 lei, for orders under 1,500 lei, the delivery cost is 19.00 lei.
3. Pickup from easybox
Delivery to a fixed point in the locker. Easybox is the most modern way of delivery, with accelerated growth globally. Your products will be delivered in a secure locker, available 24h/7.
* payment is only made by card, online.
** delivery is free for orders of at least 300 lei, and for orders less than 300 lei, the shipping cost is 15 lei.
What you need to do to benefit from this service:
Add the products to the basket and select the pickup method from easybox. Choose one of the delivery points from the list.
When your order arrives in the locker, you will receive from Sameday an e-mail with a QR code and an SMS with the PIN code. You have 36 hours to pick up the products, with the exception of orders delivered on Friday (72 hours) and Saturday (48 hours). Scanning the QR code or entering the PIN code at the pick-up point will unlock the compartment where the parcel is located.
4. Pickup from stores
Order online and pick up the order from the desired store. Orders will be honored in chronological order according to their registration in the database. A SILLYCATZ operator will contact you to confirm the preparation of your order and the possibility of picking it up from the store. After confirmation, the products will be reserved in the store for 48 hours.
* Some products may not be available temporarily.
THE PAYMENT
Payment on delivery
Payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery.
- Careful! For security reasons and to be able to honor orders, payment on delivery can only be done if you register on the website.
Payment in the store
Payment in store for pickup orders. Payment can be made directly in the store when picking up the orders, in full, either in cash or by bank card.

Bank transfer
Online with a bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro)
If you have chosen the payment method "Online by bank card", it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor.
- Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at ATMs or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
- "3-D Secure" ensures, first of all, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the store or on the servers of the payment processor, these data being directly entered into the Visa systems and MasterCard.
Payment in the store
For orders with pick up from the store, payment can be made directly in the store at the time of picking up the products and you can opt for cash or card payment.
